Feel Good February Calendar

Frighteningly, one in six children have a diagnosable mental health problem and with lockdown and schools closed, this number is on the rise.

Our children’s mental health is just as important, if not more important, than their physical health but doesn’t always get the attention it deserves.

Please feel free to download, print and use these resources to teach your children how to express themselves.

Don’t be afraid to share how you are feeling with them, in language appropriate for their age.  They will learn from you that it’s okay to talk about feeling sad, angry or worried. Encourage them to give their feelings a label and reassure them that their feelings are perfectly normal.

We hope these resources are helpful.  If you are finding things really tough and need more support please Contact Us
