Home-Start Staff have warmth, energy, creativity and enthusiasm as well as administrative skills. They need the capacity both to plan and to develop the scheme.
We are seeking a Scheme Manager to be responsible for ensuring high standards of practice in supporting families within the Home-Start model in the Wokingham Borough and to introduce an exciting new Lottery funded project ‘Tools for Life’.
You will be required to provide leadership and management to a team of staff & volunteers, and be responsible for the day to day operation of the scheme. Knowledge of the voluntary sector, safeguarding children and the ability to project manage is required. Experience in delivering training and securing funding is essential.
DBS (enhanced level) check will be required.
NJC Scale 32-36 £28,485 – £31,601pro rata 25 hrs p/w
