Transform Housing& Support is now providing daily drop in service from our main office at 3 Anvil Court, 48 Denmark Street in Wokingham. In addition to this, we have started weekly drop in surgery sessions in Woodley and Lower Earley. This service is open to all vulnerable adults with housing related issues. Everyone is welcome to drop in, no referrals or appointments needed. We will see people on first come first served basis.
As some clients might have difficulties getting to Wokingham, we are now available every Monday at Ambleside Centre (9.30am to 11.30am) in Woodley and every Tuesday at the Crescent Centre in Lower Earley (10am to 12pm).
