Transform Housing & Support – Daily Drop-in service

Transform Housing& Support is now providing daily drop in service from our main office at 3 Anvil Court, 48 Denmark Street in Wokingham. In addition to this, we have started weekly drop in surgery sessions in Woodley and Lower Earley. This service is open to all vulnerable adults with housing related issues. Everyone is welcome
